About
The Bénichon is a traditional popular festival celebrating the end of the harvest, the descent of herds from the alpine pasture, and the return to winter quarters. Menu includes: cake and mustard in Bénichon style, broth, bacon, lamb roast with pears à la Botzi, meringues and regional delights. The festival concludes with traditional dancing to folk music.
