About
Traditional folk festival celebrating the end of harvest, descent of mountain herds, and return to winter quarters. Visitors enjoy Fribourg specialties for hours: cuchaule, Bénichon mustard, ham, lamb leg with pears, and local delicacies. The celebration continues with traditional folk dancing and music.
