About
As a young clarinetist student, Jörg Widmann fell in love with Robert Schumann's music. This love persists to this day and grows ever stronger. Widmann shares his passionate commitment through the titles of his own compositions such as 'Humoreske' and 'Kreisleriana'. In this piano lecture, he offers an intimate reflection on Schumann's influence and how this music nourishes his own musical creation.
