About
A remarkable new voice in contemporary British literature, Vanessa Onwuemezi debuted in 2021 with the short story collection Dark Neighbourhood. She writes with powerful, bold language, exploring the moment, sound and the unfamiliar. In conversation with Ana Sobral, she discusses her idiosyncratic approach to language, rhythms and form.
