About
British author Vanessa Onwuemezi is a remarkable voice in contemporary literature. She made her debut in 2021 with the short story collection Dark Neighbourhood. She focuses on the moment, sound and strangeness rather than explanation. In conversation with Ana Sobral, she explores her distinctive approach to language, rhythms and forms.
