A one-hour workshop on the history of must culture in Thurgau takes visitors back more than 200 years to the beginnings of sweet must. Participants become active and press their own apple juice. The St. Katharinental display depot showcases the art of waste reuse and makes this Sunday afternoon a memorable cultural experience.
