A traditional picnic gathering Conviviums from the Lake Constance region, Oberschwaben, Vorarlberg, and Eastern Switzerland. Each participant brings regional specialties to a collective buffet. This year's meeting takes place in Germany at Stotz Hof Markdorf, maintaining Slow Food's cross-border conviviality tradition.
