Since 2011, the Christmas market on Münster Square has been a highlight of Basel's Christmas season. In front of the venerable Basel Minster, a magnificently decorated Christmas tree welcomes visitors. Beneath trees decorated with glowing snow globes, numerous market stalls offer an extensive range of goods, food and beverages. This festive location invites visitors of all ages to enjoy this unique Christmas atmosphere.
