The Lausanne Marathon 2026 takes place on October 25th with three distance options: full marathon, half marathon, and 10 km (running or Nordic walking). The event includes a Marathon Expo on October 23-24 with bib collection, warm-up sessions, refreshments and massages. The 2026 edition supports Léman Hope, an organization supporting young cancer survivors in Switzerland.
