About
The Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra performs Schumann's sixteen melodies from the cycle 'Dichterliebe', where love blooms in spring before ending in bitter disappointment. Composer Christian Jost offers a fresh perspective on this romantic masterpiece. The moving voices of Fatma Said and Matthias Goerne embody the beauty and tragedy of this cycle.
