About
Laura Vazquez, award-winning French author of the 2023 Prix Goncourt and poet, presents her philosophical and poetic novel that plays with coming-of-age conventions. She tells the story of a young queer woman searching for the invisible forces that govern our lives, inspired by Spinoza's ideas. With language that is both carnal, enigmatic and rhythmic, Vazquez reflects on how to remain grounded in life, especially in times of isolation where violence and tenderness clash.
