The Fondation Beyeler devotes a major solo exhibition to Frida Kahlo (1907–1954), focusing entirely on her art. Bringing together around 50 paintings — about a third of her painted oeuvre — as well as 15 characteristic drawings, it is the first monographic exhibition of the artist in Switzerland. It offers both a comprehensive overview and a unique insight into a body of work rarely seen in Europe.
