The Märchenwald is a festive attraction dedicated to children and families at the heart of Basel's Christmas Market. Located on Münsterplatz, this magically decorated space with fir trees offers creative activities such as tin casting, candle making, gingerbread decorating, and blacksmithing. A puppet theatre presents a Christmas story, while the wooden bar (Holzfällerbar) completes the festive experience for the whole family.
