About
Robert Schumann's romantic song cycle 'Dichterliebe' tells a love story that blooms with hope 'in the beautiful month of May' and ends in bitter disappointment. Contemporary composer Christian Jost reinterprets these sixteen poems with the voices of Fatma Said and Matthias Goerne. The Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra ensemble accompanies this emotional exploration of romantic love.
