The city of Zug celebrates no fewer than three different customs during Carnival time, each organised by a different group. The traditions include Bäckermöhli on Wednesday before St. Agatha's Day, Greth Schell on Carnival Monday, and Chropflimeh-Singen on Sunday after Ash Wednesday. Each tradition has its own distinct character.
